Fuck off dA for the following reasons:

- I've submitted multiple reports for stolen content and you've failed to remove it within the past month.
- The people who pick the Daily Deviations claim that to be awarded with one means that you are a great artist. Get at least two and WOW you're awesome. Except of course, most of the picks suck. It's underlined by the fact that the user NEVER BOTHERS to describe their work, and the person awarding doesn't give a reason why. Therefore the pick makes no sense.
- I reported someone several times, but apparently a gallery full of camera phone photos of some guy masturbating was allowable as art. Its not. You cannot call everything art just because you want to appear edgy, or nice. If you want to do that, then why not call the world art, and let anything be submitted here?

The community:

- People are so hell bent on page views and being 'opular' that they shove their many journal entries down your throat, say 'lol thanks' for every favourite, and comment on everything they can. Being an artist or a great artist is not judged by your page views, so get over yourselves.
- People are arrogant. Artists are arrogant, but there is a line between justified arrogance and simply being an ass.
- People take things so personally. You can't be honest about work on here without getting flamed. Real artists accept negative views for what they are, and either don't care or use it. People here don't.
- Let's face it, most of the shit here has something to do with Anime. Sure, it's art in some sense, but I'm kinda sick and tired of everything turning into pointy faced, bobble eyed women with breasts so huge they're sure to have back problems. Yeah, such art. Woo.
- Are sheep. Just because it's a DD, doesn't mean you have to add it to your favourites! I've only added two to my favourites... because I actually liked them.
- People use this place as a place to upload their MySpace style photos. You seem so 'emo' or whatever, and claim to hate yourself, but you don't. You're so in love with yourself that it hurts, and it's all you are.
- People using this place as an image host in general.


Let's face it. Despite it's size, this isn't a REAL art community. The number of true artists on this size is virtually zero.

Thus, I go, and no, I'm not coming back. I'm not getting attention unlike *some* of you who say "lol I'm leaving" to get the "oh no don't! come back! Let me validate your existence here on this website!" remarks, and then come back a week later. Boring.

My only regret: Those two subscriptions I paid for. What a waste of money.
